WARRANTY POLICY*
Colony Sports Group warrants its products against defects in workmanship and/or materials to the original retail purchaser for various periods from the original date of retail purchase. Atom warranty term is 30 days. Atom Electric warranty term is 6 months. MBS warranty term is 1 year. Royal warranty term is 1 year. Deville warranty term is 5 months. Atom Surf warranty term is 1 year. Warranties are limited to manufacturer's defects in workmanship or materials. Warranties are voided if the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse, modifications to the product, damage incurred in competition or commercial use, or damage due to improper assembly or repairs. Warranty claims shall be filed directly to the Colony Sports Group website. www.colonysportsgroup.com
*International warranty claims outside of North America and Alaska and Hawaii are subject to shipping charges for replacement parts.
